When Are Products Not Eligible for Return?
To maintain hygiene and quality, Tweens does not accept returns or exchanges for the following products:

- Lingerie Sets (Bra and Panty Sets)
Additionally, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that:
- Are worn, washed, or have missing tags
- Are soiled or stained with glitter, lotion, or any other particles
- Emit perfume, lotion, or body odor
- Are missing their original packaging
- Were purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers unless faulty/damaged
Note: Any products returned that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Return Process

- Issue with the product
- Image of the invoice and the product
- Review & Approval: Our team will review your request and connect with you to resolve the return issue.
- Reverse Shipping Costs: If the delivered product matches your order and is not faulty, the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
- Inspection Process: After pickup, the product will reached at our warehouse where it will be inspected by our team within 1-2 business hours (Note: Duration of reaching of product at our warehouse might differ).
- Approval: Returns will only be approved if the product meets our eligibility criteria.
Refund Process
Once we have inspected the returned product and verified its eligibility, we will initiate the refund within 24 hours. However, the refunded amount will reflect in your account within 4-7 working days as per banking norms.
