Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

7-Day Window QC & Hygiene Secure Refunds
Heads-up: Start a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery using our portal. All items go through a quick hygiene & quality check.
1) Order Cancellations
- You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
- If the order is prepaid, refunds are initiated within 7 business days from approval. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the credit in your account.
- Orders that are already packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
2) Conditions for Return Eligibility
- Request within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Keep all original packaging, tags, and inserts intact.
- Returns are approved after a quick QC & hygiene review.
Eligible Category
- Bras – eligible for size/fit issues or manufacturing defects.
One-time exchange only
Each product can be exchanged once. After the first exchange, no more returns or exchanges will be available.
3) Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene & safety, these can’t be returned or exchanged:
- Panties
- Shapewear
- Lingerie Sets (bra + panty)
- Stick-on Bras
- Pasties
- Gift Cards / Store Credits (not refundable)
4) Return Exclusions (Condition-Based)
- Signs of wear/wash or removed tags.
- Stains/marks or deodorant/perfume smell.
- Missing original packaging, inserts, or invoice.
- If an item fails Quality Check, the request is declined and it will be returned to you at your expense.
5) Exchange Policy
- Raise your exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- One exchange per item only.
- If the new item costs less, the difference is given as Gift card which will be shared over email.
- If the new item costs more, the customer must prepay the difference before the exchange is processed.
- A reverse-pickup fee of ₹49 for our regular exchange service is payable upon delivery of your exchanged order.
6) How to Start a Return/Exchange
- Start: Go to tweensinvisifit.com/apps/return_prime within 7 days of delivery.
- Select: Enter your order ID & contact, choose return/exchange, add reason, and upload clear product photos + invoice.
- Pickup: We schedule a reverse pickup. If your pincode isn’t serviceable, please self-ship. For self-ship, shipping charges are borne by the customer.
- Charges: Reverse-pickup fee is ₹100 for regular returns and ₹49 for regular exchange. It’s waived for wrong/defective items (with clear proof).
- Inspection: After your parcel reaches us, Quality check takes 24–48 business hours.
- Resolution: Once approved, we process your exchange or refund quickly.
7) Refunds
a) Prepaid Orders
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from approval; banks may take up to 3–7 business days additionally.
- All applicable taxes (GST) are refunded on eligible returns. Shipping fees are excluded.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product delivered was wrong or defective.
b) Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer / UPI via Payout link through Cashfree payments.
- If that’s not possible, we’ll issue Gift Card.
c) Exchanges with Lower Value
- If your new selection costs less, the difference is issued as Gift Card.
8) Packaging Guidelines
- Fold items neatly and use the original packaging.
- Include all tags, inserts, and the invoice.
- Self-ship: Pack securely (outer box/bubble wrap). Any damage during self-shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
