Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

7-Day Window QC & Hygiene Secure Refunds
Heads-up: Start a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery using our portal. All items must pass our hygiene & quality check.

1) Order Cancellations

  • Cancel anytime before dispatch from our warehouse.
  • Prepaid refunds are initiated within 7 business days of approval.
  • Packed or shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

2) Return Eligibility

  • Request within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Freebie Policy: If your order included a freebie, it must be returned with the main item. Failure to return the freebie will result in a penalty of ₹100 or rejection of the request.
  • Original tags, packaging, and inserts must be intact.

3) Non-Returnable

For hygiene, these cannot be returned/exchanged:

  • Panties, Shapewear & Lingerie Sets
  • Stick-on Bras & Pasties
  • Gift Cards / Store Credits

4) Exclusions

  • Signs of wear, wash, or removed tags.
  • Stains, marks, or odors (perfume/deodorant).
  • Failed Quality Checks will be returned at the customer's expense.

5) Exchange Policy

  • One exchange per item only.
  • Price differences for lower value items are issued as a Gift Card.
  • Higher value differences must be prepaid before processing.
  • A reverse-pickup fee of ₹49 per order applies (not per piece).

6) How to Start a Return/Exchange

Important: To ensure your request is processed smoothly, please note that the items sent must exactly match the quantity selected in this request. We are not liable to refund, exchange, or return any extra items included beyond what was authorized. Additionally, if your order included a freebie, it must be returned along with the items; otherwise, a penalty of ₹100 will be deducted, or we may be unable to process your refund or exchange. Service charges are applied on a per-order basis (not per piece): a Return Fee of ₹100 or an Exchange Fee of ₹49 will apply. Before requesting an exchange, please verify your fit using our Bra-Size Calculator found in the Support footer. By proceeding, you acknowledge these terms. Please double-check your package!

  1. Start: Visit our return portal within 7 days.
  2. Select: Enter Order ID, choose items, and upload product photos.
  3. Charges: Return fee (₹100 per order) is deducted from the refund; Exchange fee (₹49 per order) is collected via COD.
  4. QC: Quality checks take 24–48 business hours after reaching us.

7) Refunds

  • Prepaid refunds: 7 business days from approval (banks may take 3-7 days more).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was wrong/defective.
  • COD refunds are issued via secure payout links or Gift Card.
