Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Notice: All requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of delivery via our return portal. Requests are processed after eligibility and hygiene checks.
1. Conditions for Return Eligibility
- Return/exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Original packaging and all tags/inserts must be intact.
- Products are subject to hygiene and quality inspection.
Eligible Category
- Bras – eligible for size/fit issues or manufacturing defects/damage.
Only one-time exchange is allowed per order item.
2. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene reasons, the following categories are:
- Panties
- Shapewear
- Lingerie Sets (bra + panty)
3. Return Exclusions (Condition-Based)
- Signs of wear, wash, or removed/detached tags.
- Stains/marks, used condition, or perfume/deodorant smell.
- Missing original packaging, inserts, or invoice.
- Non-compliant items will be declined and returned.
4. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
- Start: Go to tweensinvisifit.com/apps/return_prime within 7 days of delivery.
- Select: Enter order id and email/mobile number. Choose exchange/return, select reason and upload clear photos/videos of the product and invoice.
- Pickup: Reverse pickup will be scheduled. If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse; in that case, the standard pickup fee does not apply.
- Charges: Standard reverse-pickup fee of ₹100 applies for normal returns and is non-refundable. If your order was wrong/defective, this fee is waived. For self-ship, the courier charges are borne by the customer.
- Inspection: After the parcel reaches our warehouse, Quality Check is completed within 24–48 business hours.
- Resolution: On approval, we will process your exchange or refund.
If an incorrect product is received at our warehouse, we will share the proofs and proceed as per inspection policy.
5. Refunds
a) Prepaid Orders
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
- Your bank/issuer may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the amount.
b) Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer/UPI within 7 business days of approval (bank posting may take an additional 3–7 business days).
- If the customer does not have UPI/Bank Transfer available, the refund will be issued as Store Credit usable on the next order.
c) Exchanges with Lower Value
- If your exchange selection is of lower value than the original item, the difference will be issued as Store Credit.
Note: Gift Cards / Store Credits are not refundable. Return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received is defective or wrong.
6. Packaging Guidelines
- Fold neatly and return in the original packaging.
- Include all tags, inserts, and the invoice.
- Non-compliant returns will be declined and sent back.
