Return and Refund Policy

At Tweens, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to deliver high-quality products. However, if you experience issues such as size mismatches or receive a faulty product, our return and refund policy ensures a seamless resolution.

Please review our policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

 

When Are Products Not Eligible for Return?

To maintain hygiene and quality, Tweens does not accept returns or exchanges for the following products:

  • Panties
  • Shapewear
  • Lingerie Sets (Bra and Panty Sets)

Additionally, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that:

  • Are worn, washed, or have missing tags
  • Are soiled or stained with glitter, lotion, or any other particles
  • Emit perfume, lotion, or body odor
  • Are missing their original packaging
  • Were purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers unless faulty/damaged

Note: Any products returned that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

 

Products Eligible for Return

You can return the following products under the following conditions:

  • Bras: Eligible for returns due to size issues or in case of faults/damages.


Return Process

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

  • Initiation: Click on the WhatsApp icon on our website and select Start Chat. Send us a message with "Hi" or "Return" to initiate the process.
  • Provide Details: Our system will guide you to submit the following details:
  • Order ID
  • Issue with the product
  • Image of the invoice and the product
  • Review & Approval: Our team will review your request and connect with you to resolve the return issue.
  • Reverse Shipping Costs: If the delivered product matches your order and is not faulty, the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
  • Inspection Process: After pickup, the product will reached at our warehouse where it will be inspected by our team within 1-2 business hours (Note: Duration of reaching of product at our warehouse might differ).
  • Approval: Returns will only be approved if the product meets our eligibility criteria.

Refund Process

Once we have inspected the returned product and verified its eligibility, we will initiate the refund within 24 hours. However, the refunded amount will reflect in your account within 4-7 working days as per banking norms.

 

Important Guidelines for Returns

  • Properly fold and pack the product as it was delivered.
  • Ensure all tags and labels are intact.

Products that fail to meet the eligibility criteria will not be accepted, and the shipping costs to return them will be the customer's responsibility.
